Here at “L’Mulin,” we’ve blended the spirit of the old-style trattoria — with its generous, flavorful dishes — with a meticulous attention to detail. In doing so, our goal is to draw inspiration from what our territory naturally offers.
Since 1982, we’ve been committed to preserving the quality and authenticity of traditional cuisine, while still leaving room for new recipes and always ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We believe it’s important to pair our dishes with wines that are never ordinary. For this reason, we personally visited some of the finest wineries in Piedmont to create a rich selection suited to every occasion.
Starting from Christmas 2015, it has also been possible to taste our wine selection outside of mealtimes — perhaps accompanied by a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses!
